Deleting Your Account

This page explains how to delete your MindBudget account and the associated data. MindBudget is developed by IlYaForge Studio. You can request deletion of your account at any time.

Delete From the App

The simplest way to delete your account is directly within the app:

• Open MindBudget and sign in to your account.
• Go to Account Settings.
• Select “Delete my account”.
• Confirm the deletion when the app prompts you.

Deletion is permanent and takes effect immediately.

Delete by Email

If you cannot access the app, you can request account deletion by writing to us at [email protected] from the email address associated with your account. We will process your request within a reasonable time.

Data That Is Deleted

When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed:

• Your account information (name, email address).
• All your transactions, budgets and financial goals.
• Scanned receipt photos.
• Your AI assistant usage history.

Data That May Be Retained

Some information may be retained for a limited period where required by law (for example accounting obligations tied to a paid subscription), or for legitimate reasons such as security and fraud prevention. This data is deleted or anonymized once it is no longer needed.
