Acceptance of Terms

By using MindBudget, an application developed by IlYaForge Studio, you agree to these terms of use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application.

Service Description

MindBudget is a personal finance management application. It offers:

• Transaction tracking (income and expenses).
• Category-based budget creation with alerts.
• Detailed analytics of your spending habits.
• An AI-based financial assistant, including automatic receipt scanning (Premium).
• Multi-currency support.

User Account

To use MindBudget, you must:

• Create an account with accurate information.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your password and biometric credentials.
• Be responsible for all activity on your account.
• Meet the legal age required in your country of residence to enter into this type of agreement.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the application for illegal or fraudulent purposes.
• Share your account with others.
• Attempt to bypass the application’s security measures.
• Copy or redistribute the application’s content or features.

Premium Subscription

The AI financial assistant and automatic receipt scanning are Premium features available by subscription. The subscription is billed according to the plan selected in the app and can be cancelled at any time from your Google Play account settings. Refunds are subject to Google Play’s refund policy.

Financial Disclaimer

MindBudget is a tool to help you manage your personal finances. The analytics and advice provided by the AI assistant are for informational purposes only and do not constitute professional financial advice. You remain solely responsible for your financial decisions.

Intellectual Property

The MindBudget application, its interface and source code are the exclusive property of IlYaForge Studio. Your financial data and transactions belong to you.

Termination

MindBudget reserves the right to suspend or delete your account in case of violation of these terms. You can delete your account at any time from the app settings.
