Deleting Your Account
This page explains how to delete your StudyAI account and the associated data. StudyAI is developed by IlYaForge Studio. You can request deletion of your account at any time.
Delete From the App
The simplest way to delete your account is directly within the app:
- Open StudyAI and sign in to your account.
- Go to the Profile screen.
- Select “Delete my account”.
- Confirm the deletion when the app prompts you.
Deletion is permanent and takes effect immediately.
Delete by Email
If you cannot access the app, you can request account deletion by writing to us at [email protected] from the email address associated with your account. We will process your request within a reasonable time.
Data That Is Deleted
When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed:
- Your account information (name, email address, date of birth).
- The content you generated (quizzes, summaries, flashcards, study plans).
- Your usage data associated with the account.
Data That May Be Retained
Some information may be retained for a limited period where required by law, or for legitimate reasons such as security and fraud prevention. This data is deleted or anonymized once it is no longer needed.
